Plot and Plan Eerste River

Leukes Builders has started a new construction project in Eerste River, Cape Town, Western Cape in 2022. On the property, we are building three plot and plan homes that are sold individually. Two of the houses are semi detached and the third one is a free standing home.

We installed solar geysers in all three to reduce energy costs and provide long-term value to the new owners. Separate water and electricity supplies are provided to each of the three homes. The three houses come with separate parking bays and share a paved driveway.
